I didn't take advantage of the breakfast b/c the hotel offered a 10% discount at a wonderful restaurant (Perkins) within walking distance. I have no knowledge of the hotel's breakfast offerings, but I enjoyed a Perkins' "Build Your Own" breakfast that was jaw-droppingly wonderful.

Had great coffee in the office area and the place was very clean and well maintained except for the problems in the rooms bathroom. And to be honest they were something that would only take a few minutes to fix. But it hurts the character of the room.

Pleasant staff. Clean, comfortable room with a great view. Other guests were quiet and considerable. Lots of safe, green space to walk the dog.

the beds were clean had great flushing toilets good water pressure was sad there wasn’t a free breakfast but the free juice coffee and water was a nice touch and you got 10% off at certain restaurants around the inn it was very nice not having steps to walk up and a handicap ramp

It’s was great for the team price and length of the stay. Was very satisfied with the cleanliness and quality of the room. Staff was polite and was easily able to help with all needs.

The room was recently renovated and was lovely. It was clean and comfortable. The manager from Perkins restaurant recommended it for an overnight stay and it was very good for an overnight stay.

I was pleasantly surprised the rooms don’t have carpet. Check in was easy. Staff was friendly.

The cleaning staff asked us each morning if there was anything we needed. She was very friendly. The location was great. Room was spacious.
